In-play betting is nice and quick on your phone. The in play menu shows the list of in play matches, all categorised by the league – with the major leagues prioritised at the top of the page.

Clicking on a game brings up the match statistics – the rball – and the current markets and odds. The markets/odds choices will grey out when the game is suspended for betting – like if a penalty has been awarded, for example. We this is to prevent Android players having an advantage over bet365 during times of uncertainty .

If a match has live streaming available, we noticed a nice yellow ‘Watch live’ button. The quality was brilliant and something we thought was great compared to other betting apps.

The only time we found the bet365 app to not work well was on a Saturday afternoon when there was a huge amount of soccer on.

We noticed that problems may arise when using Bet365 on the move, on both iOS and Android. If your encounter a problem after the app has finished with its download, or when using the mobile site or app, we thought it is often due to lost WiFi or mobile data connectivity – not a bet365 problem.

What If It Won’t Install?

We always prefer using decimal odds. It makes betting much easier when calculating returns on bets, especially inplay.

We did the following when logged in on mobile to switch between fractional and decimal odds:

1. Tap the User icon in the top-right corner of the Android app or mobile site.
2. Tap the ‘My Account’ link.
3. Choose ‘Preferences’ from the following menu.
4. Select ‘Fractional’ or ‘Decimal’ in the drop-down menu under ‘Odds Display’.

If you want to download the Bet365 mobile app for Android, follow these steps, which I share from my personal experience:

1. Go and open the Bet365 mobile site thru this link.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and press on View all Bet365 apps and choose Android.
3. Start downloading the .apk file.
4. On your phone -> Go to the Settings option on your phone and select Security & Restrictions.
5. Then -> Press Unknown sources and allow the device to install apk files not from Google Store.
6. Your browser might ask you to give permission to your photos, media, and files on your device, press “Allow” to finish the process.

Now, you should have the Bet365 mobile app .apk file downloaded and installed successfully on your Android device. To install the app on your phone, follow the steps in the next section.

How to install the Bet365 .apk file for Android

1. Open the FileBrowser app in your Android phone.
2. Press “Local Disk” and then “Download”.
3. You should be able to find the Bet365 .apk file that you downloaded earlier.
4. Press on the file and then the “OK” button.
5. If you didn’t follow the first four steps from the previous section, you might receive a popup stating your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source. • Using the mobile site lets you save space on your phone from having to download the app.
• I can zoom in on anything with the mobile app, this makes it easy for me since I don’t have the best vision.

Disadvantages to using the mobile site:

• My browser sometimes glitches and has bugs which can ruin my gameplay. It can also be quite annoying to deal with.
• I have to constantly log in and open a browser just to access Bet365. Sometimes, I get lazy because I want to get on right away.
